Space Planning & Design Services
From initial space consultation to furniture production and final inspection, we follow a professional process to ensure every stage is transparent, organized, and communicative — so that design not only achieves aesthetic beauty, but also meets practical needs to create your ideal living space.
STEP 01 Initial Consultation
At this stage, our designer will discuss your space planning ideas and requirements with you, including the on-site environment, preferred style, special needs, budget range, and expected timeline. If you already have floor plans, CAD files, or other relevant documents, please bring them to the first consultation.
STEP 02 On-site Measurement
Schedule a visit with the designer to conduct on-site measurements and photography, which will serve as the basis for subsequent design planning and quotation.
STEP 03Furniture & Design Planning Proposal
Based on the intended use of the space and actual requirements, a preliminary design plan is developed, along with supporting materials to facilitate communication and discussion.
STEP 04Signing the Design & Furniture Production Contract
Once the design direction is confirmed, a design and production contract is signed, and the design fee along with a deposit is paid to initiate the process. The contract does not cover soft furnishing design, construction work, or project management fees.
STEP 05Construction Supervision
During construction, a dedicated supervisor conducts phased inspections and quality checks, providing the client with progress updates and on-site photos, while maintaining real-time communication to ensure the process remains transparent and proceeds smoothly.
STEP 06Final Inspection & Project Handover
Upon completion, a formal inspection and project handover are arranged. In addition to the one-year warranty, you are welcome to contact us at any time should any usage or maintenance issues arise in the future.
